Service Agreements

Service Schedule: All services will be performed according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Changes to Schedule: Any changes to the service schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

Service Cancellation: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Payment Information on File: Credit card information will be requested at the time a service is booked to keep on file. The card on file will not be charged until the date of service, if the payment has not already been completed through the website.

The card will be charged the 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service, per the terms above.

If the payment for the service has not been completed through the website, and the card on file is declined on the date of the scheduled service, the service will not be completed and the 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Payment Terms

Payment Due: Payment is due in full, on or before the scheduled date of service, before the service begins.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payment through our website.

Referral Credits: The $25 referral credit is applicable only after the individual who was referred books and completes their first service. The individual referred must provide the name of the person who referred them at the time of booking.
